Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for products that are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The product must be free from any signs of damage, stains, or odors.

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at veenishiiinmaking@gmail.com or +91 70694 48864 to request an exchange.

b. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange. Veenishii will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to the customer.

You can choose an alternative size, color, or a different product of equal or lesser value for your exchange. If the desired product is of higher value, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.

Exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased on sale, clearance, or using promotional discounts. Customized or personalized items are also ineligible for exchange.

Prior to dispatch, all products undergo strict quality checks to ensure they meet our standards. In case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.

As per our "No Return, Only Exchange" policy, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only form of resolution for returned items.

Veenishii reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests based on the condition of the returned item.

Veenishii reserves the right to modify or update this exchange policy at any time. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
