Shipping policy

At Veenishii, every piece is made-to-order with care and attention, just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery

All Veenishii products are custom made-to-order. Orders are processed and Delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs and applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Exchanges

Since all Veenishii pieces are made-to-order exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we offer exchanges under the following circumstances only:

- You have received an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Size issue: If you have received the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange. (Please note that sizes larger than the available size range of 1–8 years cannot be exchanged for sizes in the 8–9 years range.)

To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery with clear photographs of the product and your order details. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product.

Products purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellation

Since every piece is made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed. However, Veenishii reserves the right to cancel an order at any point, in which case a full refund will be issued to the customer within 15–30 working days.

Important Notes

- All Veenishii products are custom made and non-returnable.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered to be eligible for exchange.
- All original tags must be intact for any exchange request to be considered.
- Veenishii reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the above conditions are not met.
